Discussion and Debate: What Does Functional Connectivity Measure?
led by Jonathan Pillow, Princeton Neuroscience Institute
with Dani Bassett and Konrad Kording
Measures of 'functional connectivity' are broadly applied to human fMRI BOLD signals and other types of data - a pubmed search reveals over 11,000 publications on this topic, with over 2300 in 2017 alone. However, exactly what functional connectivity measures, and how these measures should be interpreted, is a manner of debate. Please join us for a discussion on this timely issue.
This session will be held in the Terrace Room in Cohen Hall. A pizza lunch will be served.
